    Seraya Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Yi-Shi Liu as CEO of You Power Co., Ltd. (YouPower), effective October 1, 2022.

    Seraya Partners announces the appointment of Yi-Shi Liu as CEO of You Power Co., Ltd. (YouPower), effective October 1, 2022.

    YouPower is an electric vehicle charging point operator in Taiwan owned by Astrid Renew. Astrid Renew, his 100% owned platform by Seraya, invests in electric vehicle charging infrastructure across Asia.

    Yi-Shi has over 20 years of professional experience, the past 5 years working in the renewable sector developing solar power plants in Asia.

    Most recently, Yi-Shi served as Chief Technology Officer at New Green Power, leading a team of 70 people covering engineering, construction, project management, operations and maintenance, quality assurance, health and safety.

    Prior to NGP, he was Head of Development and Director of Blueleaf Energy Taiwan, a Macquarie portfolio company with one of the largest solar portfolios in Taiwan, responsible for the initiation and development of solar, wind and energy storage assets. was

    As an engineer by training, he has had a career in various management positions for civil and infrastructure projects.

    James Chern, Chairman of Seraya Partners, said: “Yi-Shi’s extensive background in building teams across a variety of renewable and civil engineering organizations and his P&L will help YouPower grow faster and seize opportunities in transport electrification in Asia.”
