With more than 20 years of organizational transformation experience in human resources for leading global companies, Lovett will provide guidance to West Monroe as it pursues a strategy for the award-winning company to become a leading player in digital services around the world. provide. West Monroe has announced significant steps in its expansion, including her $250 million investment in building a global product development platform and long-term expansion in Europe.
In connection with MSD Private Capital’s 2021 investment in a 50% ownership interest in West Monroe, the company has restructured its governance to include representatives from MSD and West Monroe. Lovett will be the first external member of the current board of directors.
Lovett most recently served as Nielsen’s Global Chief People Officer, spending three years navigating complex global challenges including the Covid-19 pandemic, massive resignations and the war in Ukraine. In a career that spanned nearly 30 years, she successfully navigated cultural shifts, led companies through organizational restructuring, designed award-winning employee experiences, and evolved organizations to promote diversity, equity, and diversity. It has addressed new and important challenges such as inclusiveness.
