In this role, Mr. Gautier will also serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Gauthier joins Waldencast after a successful 30-year career leading finance and operations for a prominent global consumer goods company. Most recently, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Selecta, a portfolio company of KKR. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Financial Officer and Operations for SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac) where he was for five years. In addition, Gautier spent more than a decade working in Italy and the United States, serving as Chief Financial Officer of Kering’s major brands, including Sergio Rossi and Puma. Gautier started his career at his HSBC Asset Management in Tokyo.
