    Law of Ukraine No. 2682-IX of November 6, 2022 “Amendment of certain laws of Ukraine on the protection of social, labor and other rights of individuals, including during the period of martial law, and on the employment of persons with disabilities. Accounting Simplification” dated October 18, 2022 (“law”) came into force. It aims to improve conditions for protecting individual labor rights and social protection.


    • The provision requiring employers to register with the Fund for Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities and to submit annual reports on their employment of persons with disabilities has been abolished.
    • There is a direct exchange of information on workplaces for disabled persons between the compulsory National Social Insurance Register and the Social Protection Fund for Disabled Persons.
    • New grounds are created for the examination of employers, such as information received from the State Pension Fund of Ukraine regarding possible violations of the law on the employment of disabled persons.
    • The Fund for Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities will independently identify employers who have not met their quotas for the employment of persons with disabilities in the previous year and transmit the calculation of the relevant administrative fines due in connection therewith. fill the quota.
