Augsburg, December 2, 2022 – The Management Board of tubesolar AG (ISIN DE000A2PXQD4) in Bayreuth today announced, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, of the convertible bonds 2022/2026 offered under the following circumstances: Decided not to publish. Subscription offers to shareholders and subsequent private placements, and cancellation of already submitted subscriptions.
In our view, the extremely low issuance volume achieved does not justify the administrative costs of public convertible bonds.
