Orlando Bank, bought back 250,000 of treasury stock
On November 28, 2022, Ålandsbanken repurchased 250,000 shares in a block transaction. The acquisition was handled by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch and was executed as part of a buyback program that commenced on May 25, 2022. The price per share is €33.56, equivalent to a discount of 1 share. 1% compared to the volume-weighted average price of the company’s Series B share price over the seven trading days from November 17, 2022 to November 25, 2022. 2022 (€0.33 per share).Total purchase price of €8,390,000
After this buyback, Bank of Orlando’s shareholding will be 266,251 shares.
