VIENNA, AUSTRIA, Nov. 25, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — What does performance mean in a post-Covid, crisis-ridden world? 500 people at the 14th Global Peter Drucker Forum global managers, thought leaders and executives from Vienna Hofburg (Hofburg Palace) to discuss the subject. Thousands more people are joining us through Drucker Forum TV. Discussing pressing administrative issues, participants honored Charles his Handy and his late wife Elizabeth. The Forum has announced an annual lecture series starting next year.

Professor Gulati presented ideas for increasing team productivity through autonomy and purpose.
A gala dinner culminating the first day of the conference honored the winners of this year’s Peter Drucker Challenge, a global essay competition for students and young entrepreneurs.
