Scott Irwin is currently President and CEO of Jones Deslauriers, a brokerage partner of Navacord.
He assumes his new role at Navacord, succeeding Eric Osbourne, who was President and CEO of Jones Deslauriers for 15 years.

Irwin has over 16 years of insurance industry experience at Jones Deslauriers, having worked as an Account Executive in 2008 and Managing Partner in 2019. He graduated from the State University of New York, Oswego, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a registered broker in Ontario.
Irwin will be responsible for the overall strategic vision and growth of Jones Deslauriers. This includes attracting and developing top talent, sustaining and developing corporate and sales culture, while supporting employees, customers and the development of risk management solutions.

In another move, former Jones Deslauriers senior partner Danny Sgro is now chairman. Former Vice President of Commercial Lines, Patti McNeill, has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jones DesLauriers. Managing his partner Michael Bastone also assumed the additional role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for Jones DesLauriers.
