New director announced at Anderson Bell & Christie

    Caroline Dearden and Mark Sneddon

Caroline Dearden and Mark Sneddon have been promoted to the Anderson Bell & Christie (ABC) board of directors, taking the next step in employee ownership.

Both Caroline and Mark have been promoted internally from the ABC Senior Leadership Team. It reflects an incredible breadth of talent and experience in business. They continue to support our delivery of great projects, strengthen our relationships and continue to evolve our employee-owned business.

Director Jonathan McKillan said: Caroline and Mark have an amazing portfolio of projects all over Scotland, from Laurieston, Glasgow to the Isle of Col. Their approach has been to positively shape communities and improve lives. We look forward to shaping the future of ABC together. “

Internal promotions are part of succession planning that creates opportunities for career advancement throughout the company.

Co-Founder and Director Adam Bell added: The business is thriving and our employee-owned model allows all employees to benefit from our joint efforts. From progressing internally to paying tax-free bonuses to all employees in January.”

ABC’s plans for progress will continue with future leadership training programs supported by Scottish Enterprises to develop the next generation of leaders. This provides upskilling and coaching for employee owners at all levels of the business.
