MCG CEO and Director Nick Jones announced today his intention to transition from CEO to Founder. The change follows a conversation with Nick, Ron Burkle Executive His Chairman and Board of Directors regarding the company’s long-term succession plans and Nick’s recent diagnosis and successful recovery from prostate cancer.
Nick will be replaced as CEO by current President Andrew Kearney.
Nick has led the company’s growth since the founding of Soho Houses in 1995 as a single London location to a global membership platform of 38 Soho Houses and associated brands. He will continue his role as MCG’s founder, designing the beautiful spaces that are synonymous with the brand and focusing on making the membership experience even better for its 211,000 members worldwide.
