Home Affairs Minister Asaduzhaman Khan Kamal said the media now operate completely independently.
The Minister of Home Affairs announced this afternoon (1 November 2022) at the Nasrul Hamid Auditorium, Segunbagicha, Dhaka, hosted by the Reporters’ Unity (DRU), Dhaka, on the DRU Best Reporting Awards 2022. I came up with this remark while addressing the feature.

“We cannot control the mass media. They are now operating completely independently,” said Asaduzhaman Kamal.
The interior minister called on journalists to contribute more and write “positive news” equally.
“You work to move the country forward,” he added.
Awards were given to 11 winners of 10 awards in 4 categories based on the judges’ scores.
