America’s Most Responsible Companies were selected based on publicly available key performance indicators derived from CSR reports, sustainability reports, other reports and independent research. KPIs focus on a company’s performance in the areas of environmental, social, and corporate governance, and an independent survey asked US citizens about their perceptions of corporate practices related to corporate social responsibility.
