Lincoln Rackhouse, the Dallas-based data center division of Lincoln Property Co., announced the addition of two industry veterans to its leadership team.
John Greenwood will become senior vice president of corporate strategy. According to the company, Mr. Greenwood is a seasoned senior manager with experience in nonprofits, start-ups and large enterprises in the data center and telecom sectors.
Brent Streetman has been appointed senior vice president of sales and marketing and will be responsible for the revenue performance and value creation of the integrated platform.
Lincoln Rackhouse EVP Martin Peck said in a statement: With their addition, our platform will continue to accelerate our initiatives and our growth efforts to support current and future customer needs. ”
Streetman joins Lincoln Rackhouse’s management team as a proven leader with over 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience. His background also includes managing his P&L of over $100 million for large multinational corporations.
Greenwood has over 25 years of experience in the data center industry, having held previous roles in sales, marketing and operations. He helps create and implement Lincoln Rackhouse’s overall strategy. He will also focus on growing market share across integrated platforms, including the recent acquisitions of St. Louis-based Ascent and South Florida-based He CBM of America.
The company recently announced the development of a data center campus in New Albany, Ohio, known as the Silicon Heartland Innovation Park, and the recent acquisition of a premier data center in Atlanta, joining its growing portfolio.
