    Le Pain Quotidien and Little Beet unite under new platform

    Le Pain Quotidien, Little Beet and Little Beet Table — three new New York City concepts run by Aurify Brands since 2020 — are now one overarching platform called Convive Brands, led by former NPC International CEO Jon Weber. integrated under

    Aurify, which currently has significant investments in Fields Good Chicken, Melt Shop and Five Guys franchises, will remain an investor in Convive Brands, but will continue to run day-to-day operations with Weber’s team.

    “The transition of brands from Aurify to the team of Jon and Convive is a continuation of our vision to identify potential brands and scale them to a specific stage, and our talented team to take them to the next level. We are in agreement,” said the CEO of Aurify Brands in a statement. Under John’s leadership, he is confident the brand will achieve tremendous growth and success as part of the new Convive platform. ”

    Private investment firm Eldridge Industries, which facilitated the growth and acquisition of Little Beet and LPQ, “contributed” to the formation of a new operating platform. Convive Brands is focused on expanding both brands nationally in new markets across the United States. Today, with all three brands, the Convive concept has more than 70 restaurants in eight states and Washington, DC.

    “With the launch of Convive Brands, we are creating a new platform that supports meaningful growth, value creation and opportunity for our team members,” said Jon Weber in a statement. “Le Pain Quotidien, Little Beet and Table by Little Beet are quality brands and we are happy to help them thrive.”

    Prior to starting Convive Brands, he held several leadership positions in the restaurant franchise, supply chain and technology industries. Until 2021, he served as CEO and President of NPC International, before joining Dragontail Systems, a technology company owned by Domino’s, as a non-executive director.

    “I am extremely proud of the dynamic leadership team forming at Convive and excited to build on the opportunities John and Andy have created,” said Weber.
