Lake Resources NL (ASX:LKE, OTCQB:LLKKF) has made several changes to its board of directors, joining Dr. Timin Bolin, Howard Atkins and John Bolin as the company moves toward a final investment decision (FID) in Kachi. He appointed Freeman to various positions. Lithium Brine Project in Argentina.
Freeman has extensive experience building and developing legal and compliance functions in complex international business organizations, serving as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel.
He has 30 years of experience in leading global companies and has held multiple leadership and compliance roles, including prosecutor with the U.S. Special Counsel’s Office and special assistant for the District of Columbia.
Stuart Crow, executive chairman of Lake Resources, said strengthening the company’s governance, compliance and controls is mission critical as it moves from exploration to execution.
“Mr. Freeman’s world-class legal and compliance experience will be invaluable as Lake continues to scale and transform its business,” said Crow.

Financial management, ESG expertise
LKE also welcomes Howard Atkins and Dr. Qimin Bolin to its board of directors. They bring extensive expertise in financial management, capital markets, governance, public company experience, and hands-on experience in ESG and renewable supply chains. Respectively.
Dr. Bolin has received international recognition for her achievements, including the Financial Times 2021 ‘Top 100’ Global Board Diversity List and the 2019 ‘Top 50 Boards’ list of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
“Dr. Bolin brings a broad range of highly relevant experience, especially in sustainability, governance and renewable energy supply chains,” Dixon said.
“Her industry expertise and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) strategy will position the company for growth and shareholder value creation as we move into a new phase of development.”
Atkins has over 30 years of financial leadership experience, including 20 years as CFO at organizations such as Wells Fargo, New York Life Insurance Company and Midlantic Bank Corporation.
