    Toronto — Jack Nathan Medical Corporation (TSXV: “JNH”; OTCQB: “JNHMF”) (“Company”) announces the postponement of the Company’s Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders (“General meeting of shareholders”) until Friday, December 23, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. Toronto time. The postponed meeting will be held in person at the offices of Dickinson Wright LLP at 199 Bay Street (not via Zoom or conference call) on December 23rd.
