Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (the “Company”) is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Ordinance 1984, repealed (repealed by the enactment of the Companies Act 2017 on 30 May 2017). The Company is engaged in the business of leasing and investment financing activities as a non-bank financial company (NBFC) and is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (ICIBL) was formed on the 27th through the merger of Asset Investment Bank Limited and Invest Capital & Securities (Private) Limited.th March 2007.
About the company
In 2009, ICIBL entered into a merger plan to merge with Al Zamin Leasing Corporation Limited and Al Zamin Leasing Modalaba.
In 2010, the company’s equity brokerage and money market brokerage business was transferred to Invest Capital Markets Limited “ICML” to meet regulations. After that, “ICML” was disposed of.
