Zahid Mubarik is an internationally acclaimed thinker, author, speaker, thought leader, and influencer on strategic human capital data analytics. In 2011 he became a founding member of the ISO Geneva Technical Committee 260 to develop HR Global Standards.
Zahid contributed to the development of personnel standards during conferences in Washington, London, Melbourne, Rotterdam, Paris, Singapore, Bali and Milan. He has been honored to be a prominent speaker at his international conferences/seminars/trainings on HR data analytics held in Las Vegas, Beijing, Moscow, Baku, Hanoi, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, Vancouver and Tokyo. think.
His analytical papers and expert talks have been featured in international media including Microfinance Gateway World Bank Washington, CNBC, Dawn, Business Recorder, Business Plus TV and Gulf Economist.
Zahid served as Global Convenor for the ISO Working Group on HR Metrics Standards. During his leadership, ISO published two of his global HR standards, including ISO 30410: Impact of Hire and ISO 30411: Quality of Hire.
He also served as a member of the working group that developed ISO 30414: Guidelines for Internal and External Human Capital Reporting. Zahid is a SHRM Partner and President of SHRM Forum He Pakistan. He introduced Competency-based Global HR Certification in Pakistan and mentored his over 200 people to obtain SHRM Global HR Certification to help organizations transition to his competency-based HR system. did.
Zahid is a director of The Center for Global Inclusion USA. He introduced the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmark Standards in Pakistan and assisted 50 large multinational and domestic companies to implement the Global DEI Benchmark Standards in their workplaces. Zahid is a member of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance has selected his Task Force on ESG Disclosures.
