We will focus on three interrelated topics that are relevant from the perspective of labor and data protection law:
- joint decisions of the works council on the introduction and practical application of IT systems;
- ACCESS RIGHTS UNDER ART. 15 GDPR and
- Equating employees and consumers in data protection under California law.
