Gary P. Mann Mr. Mann served as Chairman of Formtek’s Board of Directors from 2002 to 2022. During his career, Mr. Mann’s experience and leadership has been concentrated in the information technology sector. He has served on the boards of several industry-leading organizations, including CSC, Lockheed his Martin Corporation, and SAIC. Mann is responsible for creating shareholder value through the profitability and growth of Formtek’s business, where he served as CEO of the company from 2002 until 2016. As a continuing shareholder, Mr. Mann will serve as honorary chairman of the company and provide consulting support to management.
