Weiss has over a decade of experience building and scaling early-stage consumer businesses. Most recently, she was chief marketing officer for her Glossier, where she helped define the company’s industry-changing approach to beauty.
During his seven-year tenure, Weiss expanded Glossier’s global customer base from thousands to millions and spearheaded innovation across marketing, brand, product development, creative, community and retail. Prior to joining Glossier, he worked on corporate strategy at BlackRock and spent time at Harry’s while earning his MBA from Harvard Business School.
