EVLI PLC Press Release October 31, 2022 at 4pm (EET/EEST)
As planned and in accordance with previous announcements, Evli Plc will merge its wholly-owned subsidiary EAB Fund Management Ltd into Evli Fund Management Company Ltd on 31 October 2022. This merger aims to simplify the group structure of Evli Plc.
The merger has been approved by the Fund Management Company’s Board of Directors and will take effect on October 31, 2022.
This merger does not require any action from the client.
