(TSXV: ENEV) (OTCQB: ENEVF) (the “Company”) has granted up to 30 extensions to the TSX Venture Exchange announced that Days to completion of the Company-brokered private placement balance through his IBK Capital Corporation of up to $250,000 units originally announced on August 4, 2022. Each Common Stock Purchase Warrant allows the holder to acquire one additional share of his common stock at a price of $0.10 for a period of 24 months from the closing date. To date, the Company has completed one tranche of his private placement, raising a total of $80,000 from the sale of 1,600,000 units.
In a press release dated September 1, 2022, the Company announced that Peter Copetti, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has relinquished these positions upon the expiration of his management agreement, and that Mr. Copetti has also resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors. As part of the transformation and to help restructure the company, Mr. Copetti agreed to settle outstanding unpaid compensation under the management agreement for a total of $25,000.
