Easton, Md. — Decorating Den Interiors, a North American interior design and home furnishings franchise, has added two members to its in-house staff.
Kathy McGroarty, 2020 Franchise Owner of the Year, was named Franchise Support Specialist and Nick Stoltzfus was named IT and CRM Support Specialist.
In addition, Kissimmee, Florida franchise owner Barbara McGinnis-Heyman was elected to succeed McGroarty on the Design Business Owners’ Leadership Council.
Jennifer Manley, Vice President of Retail Sales and Franchise Support, said: “Her respect among our franchisees is reflected in her being named Franchise Owner of the Year and chairman of the DDI Leadership Council. It’s been a great opportunity for her and for us.”
Based in Earlville, Stoltzfus graduated from the Cecil County School of Technology and holds a Comp TIA A+ certification for “supporting today’s core technologies, from security to networking to virtualization and more.”
McGinnis Hayman has been a franchise owner since 2011 and has won numerous design and sales awards.
