In this newly created role, Baltas will report directly to the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer and work closely with leaders across the enterprise to develop Choice’s talent programs, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and acquisition. and strategically expand forward-looking personnel strategies. Bartas will also play a key role in guiding Choice’s diversity, equity and belonging initiatives in line with Choice’s overall growth strategy.
