In November 2021, we began implementing our company’s Home Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) strategy.
This is in response to our recognition that ED&I is an integral part of all we do and the services we offer, and that we are on a journey to ensure that our organizational culture is people-driven. is.
In developing our strategy, we ensured that it complemented the organizational culture and focused on three main themes.
