CA Ajay Bramhecha and Ms. Vaishali Awade of Sahakar Bharti’s Committee, despite Vidyadhar Anaskar attracting the board of directors of RSS-affiliated Sahakar Bharati’s committee to his side, said that the chairman of the Maharashtra Urban Cooperative Banks Federation (MUCBF) and I won the vice president election. Respectively.
The president and vice-president elections took place on Thursday, this afternoon. In the election, Bramhecha and his deputy his Awade got his 11 votes, while his rivals his Chairman Nipunrao Kore and Vice Chairman Yogesh Ban each lost his one vote.
Interestingly, Kore and Ban, former members of Sahakar Bharati’s committee headed by Ajay Bramhecha, joined Anaskar’s team as “desired by the national BJP’s supreme leader.” Opposition committees fielded them as candidates for chairman and vice-chairman.
Readers are reminded that in MUCBF’s board election, Anascar’s panel won only five seats on the board. One of his independent candidates switched sides to his panel, Anascar.
Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis is reported to have backed Pravin Dalekhar and Anaskar. It should be mentioned here that the leader of the BJP, his Darekar, fought the board elections from Anaskar’s committee and won by a comfortable margin.
Shortly after the election, Uday Joshi, National General Secretary of the Indian cooperative Sahakar Bharati, said: We work to strengthen the cooperative sector and never fight partisan elections. ”
Satish Marathe, one of the founding members of Sahakar Bharati and the RBI’s Central Board Director, was too late to congratulate the winner. “My heartfelt congratulations to Ajayiji and Vaishalitai on their hard-won victory. I would also like to thank Dr. Udayji Joshi and Dr. Vivekji Jugade for the excellent organizational support provided to all the newly elected directors of the Sahakar Bharati Panel. Special congratulations,” he wrote on Facebook.
MUCBF is the apex institution of Municipal Cooperative Banks in Maharashtra.
