    GRANBAI, MAURITIUS, December 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Alphamin Resources Corp. (AFM:TSXV, APH:JSE AltX) (“Alphamin” or the “Company”) today announced changes to its Board of Directors . The Board of Directors of Alphamin Bisie Mining (ABM), our principal operating subsidiary.

    Jan Trouw, 69, Mines Managing Director of ABM, our 84% subsidiary, has elected to retire from full-time employment effective December 31, 2022. Monitoring and advisory services for ABM’s underground mining and technical services activities. This includes regular visits to mines. Subject to regulatory approval, effective December 14, 2022, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Trouw as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Mr. Brendon Jones has agreed to resign from the Board. bottom.     Subject to regulatory approval, John Robertson, 55, a mining expert with 30 years of experience in Franco- and English-speaking African countries, has been appointed Managing Director of ABM. He has extensive open pit and underground mine management experience in both base and precious metals and a strong background in compliant resource and reserve exploration techniques, definition, reporting, conversion and extraction. John has experience managing sites of up to 3000 people and is fluent in French. John has previously worked with Jan Trau and looks forward to making an impact with his leadership qualities as we continue to grow ABM on a sustainable basis.
